2. development of scientific - methodical problems of lingvodidactics and methodical receptions of perfection of culture of native Russian speech of the students (and teachers) first of all of pedagogical educational institutions;
3. development of scientific - methodical problems of intensive training to Russian as not native with use of the nonconventional forms and methods of teaching;
4. a theoretical substantiation and methodical equipment necessary of lingvomethodical rates and practical works at training to culture of native speech and practical rates at training to Russian as not native;
5. creation of a series scientifically proved and practically of checked up programs, textbooks and manuals for training to culture of Russian speech and Russian as not native;
6. development of the alternative educational plans of preparation highly skilled of the lot-language teachers in conditions of multilevel pedagogical education;
7. realization of the international, republican and regional scientific - methodical conferences on problems of lingodidactics and culture of Russian speech;

The additional items of information

For four years of activity of laboratory the creative collective of the employees has developed scientific - methodical system of training to Russian literary language of the students - philologists of national and foreign branches, culture of Russian speech of the students NSPU of all specialities, future teachers average and higher school.

On the basis of the developed system of training to Russian in the practical plan (Russian oral and written speech) are developed and the educational programs, series of methodical development, textbooks and manuals on Russian are issued.
